Depth of Experience & Capability
The CEO is supported by a seasoned, multidisciplinary management and technical team spanning finance and administration, mining engineering, environmental and safety management, and artisanal & small-scale mining (ASGM) systems.
Together, the team brings more than 100 years of combined professional experience — including senior roles across Ghana's Minerals Commission, the Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources, leading mining operations, and academia. GERL further draws on experienced technical consultants with deep expertise in mining engineering, safety, environmental management and sustainable ASGM systems, in collaboration with Ghana's University of Mines and Technology (UMaT).
